I use Contents/Page Anchor links in large Solution articles a lot. It looks like FreshDesk has the feature to add a Table of Contents, but Freshservice does not.
Even if the option to quickly add an Anchor link to another place within the Solution article would be great and make it so I didn’t have to manually code the <a> tags in the HTML. It’s incredibly time consuming.
