Dear Freshdesk Team,
Could you please consider adding a "Link" feature in the Android app just like in the Desktop version. That means, I select the anchor text in my reply. Tap the Link button. Then paste my URL. Without this we always have to paste the full URL in the reply which may look quite ugly sometimes for very long URL's.
