Thank you for developing this fine product.
Is it possible to save a reply as draft in the Android version ? If not can the Freshdesk team please consider adding this feature in just like in the desktop version. Right now, after I key in my reply, it looks like my only options are to Send it or Discard all my work. This is extremely important to be able to save as draft otherwise much of the work still has to be done on the desktop.
