We used to manage our tickets in fresdesk and migrate to freshservice a few month ago.
With deep regrets we did not found the same module allowing agent to annotate image inside the ticket.
Have I missed a module or app to implement in our workspace ?
If not could the same annotating image module as the one in Freshdesk be added in Freshservice ?
