We have a daily export of all Freshdesk tickets through API to our BW table. However this also includes all deleted tickets or tickets marked as SPAM. We currently have to manually delete those tickets in our BW table on a regular basis, as those would cause our metrics to be wrong.
Ideally the daily export would send a flag that the ticket is marked for deletion, so it could update the BW table.
