Hi,


we would definitely like to have API available since we would like to integrate customer portal with our extranet and intranet systems. Especially we want to create users automatically trough API call and login trough API token for each user.


It would be also useful to have 2 versions of portal. One to be accessed trough standard user and password login and the second trough automated API call login (to be integrated on our page without header)


Single Sign On (for example SAML) would be also useful.

  Thank you for your feedback. 


SAML Integration is on the way, It will be out in 2 weeks. API for ticketing is working now. We are yet to open API for other modules. We will be opening API for all modules in another 6-8 weeks
