Good evening. I have 2 sites that have Gravity Forms forms with integration for Freshdesk.
1. The first has been installed, configured and works perfectly well. The user fills out the form and when submitting, a ticket is created on Freshdesk instantly.
2. On the second site, in the Freshdesk configuration I put the URL of my helpdesk and the API key, but it is failing with the message "API Token is Not Valid" and also the message "Connection to Freshdesk is NOT Working".
I tried with another API Key from a co-worker in my organization because I imagined that it could be limitation of using the API Key for only one access and it gave the same problem. Can anyone help me with this problem? I am very urgent. Thank you so much!
