Hi Freshworks, we recently had some issues with our API limit being breached which turned out to be an incorrect conversion from V1 to V2 on our side. The problem was that it took months for Freshworks to identify the troublesome API call and user account, and we’re were completely in the dark. Our API usage and errors are a complete black box to us.
I’d love to see a standard API usage report in Analytics that shows things like most common URLs called, top API users, what the usage is compared to the API plan, and what errors if any there are. Please empower your users to use your APIs.
