Apple Business Chat integration?

Zendesk seems to have an integration to Apple Business Chat but Freshdesk is missing that. I wonder if this is something in the works already or is Apple restricting this somehow?

@Mikko @Andrew Integration with Apple Business Chat is definitely an interesting idea. The feature is in BETA and we'll have to wait and see how they go about launching this for all consumers.

We'd like to hear more from you on what exactly you're looking to achieve from this integration. It'd be great if you can also share some use-cases related to Freshdesk.

I’m essentially approved, they just wouldn’t let me get final approval with “Freshdesk/Freshchat” as my selected CSP, I had to switch to zendesk to get it approved. In terms of use cases, it’s pretty simple. To have that as a additional channel for support. So if people choose to ask questions or report something, or even just chat to us, it’s all about using the channels people expect and prefer to lower barriers to sale and support. I would prefer to stay with freshchat. If you are getting to beta on this, I’m happy to help you test.
