When a change is approved, this is not logged in the activities, this is also an important event in the change lifecycle since you otherwise cannot see if the approval was done after the change was done...

Approval not logged in the activities of a change
I cam here looking for the same thing.
Approval requests and reminders need to be recorded as an activity.
I see approvals are still not part of the activity logs. I'm back here because I'm trying to figure out who cancelled the approval request and voila! no record in under ticket activity. I hope you implement this soon as it should have been a part of the activity log from the start.
