Whenever a service request requires an additional layer of approval, having predefined approver groups would be immensely beneficial.
As a temporary workaround, we are currently using requester groups that we label with a specific prefix.
However, for the sake of clarity, structure, and long‑term maintainability, dedicated approver groups would be a far more elegant and effective solution.
