I’m looking for ways to encourage customers to complete their satisfaction survey.
A trophy for high response rate to satisfaction surveys would be cool, along similar lines to the way Arcade trophies work for agents.

+10Proactively communicating what has changed for the better based on feedback is another good way of driving up survey responses. Without it people are loathe to waste their time on “pointless” surveys :)
