Arcade opt-out option

While the Arcade feature is all good fun for most of our agents, there are some individuals who may find it uncomfortable being rated in such a public manner. Also, in certain geographies we will definitely be running into challenges with worker unions/councils about the feature. Requesting a way to opt out individual agents from the Arcade.
