I propose adding an archive function for old solutions that you don't need anymore but don't want to delete, either. I also propose adding a function similar to those offered by Word and Google Docs, which would be a global Find & Replace function.

I would definitely love to see a find and replace option across the Solutions feature! Would be a HUGE time saver when features/UI changes and wording needs to be updated in multiple articles!
+2Yes, I have about 1000 articles and I need to change a price that appears in many articles. I don't even know in which articles the price appears so a global "find a place" would be an obvious and basic feature needed.
Do the devs still look at this? I really need a global find & replace feature!
One of our products has been renamed so now, I need to go into every article that mentions it and manually update the name. A global find and replace would save so much time and is a common feature available in most other KB platforms.
