So Far I would like to mention that I really like this product for my company. I moved to this from TigerPaw which was a $4000 investment, and like this better.

One big thing that I would like to see in this application is a way to Manage Asset's and tag them to a Company and or Client. What options have people used for this task out there?

Asset Management is planned but might take up a long time. :)

Not promising anything, but we will look into some integration with Asset Management system.

Agree. This is one thing i have been unable to find. There's a few around, but they all seam to be designed for a single business, i need something for a service provider

 This would be a great addition as our organization has 14 off-site locations that we need to track equipment. I hope this actually happens.

Desperately need asset management integration; Couple capabilities might include:

- Ability to edit the Customer form with custom fields to capture S/N, Machine Name, Processor, Memory and OS.

- Ability to import and export data

- Ability to render the asset inventory on the new ticket page so you can see the inventory data when you open a new ticket.


These are just a few simple items that would bring huge value to my team.

One point to add is, currently we don't have a ready script for migration from Freshdesk to Freshservice, but we will bring this out soon

 Custom field for Asset management is available . We are yet to roll out the API Part. I will update you once its done

Is this still a true statement?  All of the features that are in Freshdesk also exist in Freshservice with the addition of asset management and itil?
