It would be really helpful if we were able to filter by Last Logged in User and also by associated contract. Could these fields be added into the filter and customise column areas please?

Thank you!

I’d like to add filtering by Purchase Order number as well.

Hi Renee

I believe you can do this, you will need to select your asset type before using the column adding feature

Thank you for your valuable suggestion. Adding the ability to filter by "Last Logged in User" and "Associated Contract" in the Assets > Inventory section would indeed be a beneficial enhancement. These additional filtering options would improve the efficiency of managing assets and associated data. We will forward your request to our development team for consideration in future updates. Your feedback is essential in helping us enhance our products and provide a better user experience. If you have any more ideas or suggestions, please feel free to share them with us.

Hi @capcutapks

rather than add these to options to filters.

why do you not make all fields available to be filtered?? helps everyone now and in the future too.

Hi @afautley, I can confirm you are correct with the “Last Logged In User” field however, filtering by Associated Contract is unavailable. There are no options for us to filter by this field. As an organisation, we lease our equipment so most of our computer assets are tied to a “Contract” within FreshService.

I can add a custom field and add the contract/lease number into here, but this then creates more manual work when we should be able to both report and filter on this as a field. It doesn’t make sense to have the ability to link assets to a contract but not have the ability to filter by contract or extract asset details from the contract.
