Managing a good knowledge base has its challenges. Freshservice automatically creates a ticket when articles are downvoted or when requesters mark articles as not helpful or irrelevant.

For such cases, to ensure the Author agent proactively actions on the feedback, we can setup the below automation which will trigger on all Article feedback tickets.
