I really like the to do list and how it's connected to a ticket. However, we should be able to assign to do's (tasks) to other agents. For example, I don't send out parcels, but my 2 co-workers do. So when I have a ticket for which a parcel needs to be shipped, I have to make one of them a task to do that. At the moment we switch to Podio then and put the task in there, but it would be much easier if we could do this in FD directly.

Hey Floris,
This would be a great feature to have and trust us, it is on our to-do lists as well. But task management isn't cake walk so when we do get in to it, we want to ensure that the feature is super functional and with zero defects. The last thing we want to do is build it in a hurry, and leave you guys with something that gives more problems than it solves.
We will look for a workaround for this in the meanwhile. How about I let you know when there is an update?

Though it is not a direct solution, you can make use of the Parent Child ticketing feature to create sub tickets and assign it to multiple agents . Give this a spin and let us know if this helps!

I really need this feature. I can't believe something as simple and basic as this is not available.
Parent child ticketing does not work for me. My staff need the ability to transfer out of their queue to another person. Lack of this feature is causing me to wonder whether Freshdesk is the right system for me, which is a shame as overall I like it very much.
Is there any ETA for this. It appears that nothing has been done in 4 years?
