Would be great if we can use the existing strutcure of Asterisk with all the Fresphone features. Do you have any plans to integrate with this tool?

An integration to support Asterix PBX system integrations has been built by Xcally. More details on http://www.xcally.com/xcally-freshdesk/

We too are evaluating the solution and once complete it will be listed in our integration gallery freshdesk.com/integrations as a partner provisioned integration.


In case you are willing to explore this further, please get in touch with xcally directly or we would be glad to make the introduction as well.

My portal really needs a integration with Asterisk. Not solutions that use Asterisk plataform, but the pure Asterisk Plataform.

It's possible to do it?

Hi Rafael,


The solution would mostly require an Asterix plugin to initiate Freshdesk screenpop at call pick. We are working on releasing a Freshdesk screenpop API to manage the integration use cases with PBX and CTI. 


The connector to make the relevant call however would need to be customer developed or outsourced. Do let us know if you would like a partner developed plugin, which would be a cost option. 


If your Asterix implementation allows us to add webhooks, we would be able to make conversions of incoming calls to tickets. At this moment there would be no agent screen pop, that we will have in place with the Screenpop API release.
