We would like the ability to upload multiple files to a ticket or to drag and drop the files easily into a ticket.

I do agree with Trish, To be able to add several attachments at the same time is a time saver.

Also want to be able download multiple attachments at the same time.

This would also save me a lot of time everyday. It's already implemented for embedding images in emails so you would think there wouldn't be too much development involved. It would be nice to have this Drag & Drop window, but for files, available permanently at the bottom of the Compose Email window.

I received a request from our team today for this feature.

I receive multiple requests from customers for this all the time. Our engineering team uses log files to trace through a client application's activity when diagnosing issues, but out customers also need to attach screenshots, multiple log files, and sometimes Excel spreadsheets of data in order to accurately describe their situation. Not being able to bulk load files to a ticket or a note is cumbersome and not a great customer experience.

+1 on being able to attach multiple files at the same time. Our team have to do it on a daily basis, basically each and every support errand, and being able to add serval files in one action would really be a time saver!

The inability to do this is very time consuming for our agents.  They are used to being able to drag and drop attachments into emails but now have to save to desktop then upload - very time consuming.

YES PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This request has been around for a couple of years now.  Surely it's not that hard to add the functionality?  We will not be renewing our contract if this function is not bought in.  We have 100 agents on a high level plan who are being affected by this.

Hi,

I assume this would be on tickets, notes and new emails (Basically anywhere we have attachment handling)?

Will it also handle drag 'n' drop download as well as upload (So drag from the Browser to the PC in addition to from the PC to the browser)?

Thanks

Dan

Hi,

That's great.

On the "Add to Response", If I press it then it opens a reply and includes that attachment, if I press another attachment in that same reply/comment it adds that to the open reply as well (Great) but I cannot press another reply/comment attachment to add that too, it replaces all with this one??

Also will this come:

Will it also handle drag 'n' drop download as well as upload (So drag from the Browser to the PC in addition to from the PC to the browser)?

Thanks

Dan
