Attachments dropping off drafts

Hi there,


We're having a problem where attachments are dropping off draft replies whenever you navigate away from the page. The draft text is saved, but the attachment is lost. This leads to replies being sent missing the mentioned attachment and can get a bit embarrassing when it happens a lot.


Is there a way to improve the saving of drafts so that attachments are retained?

Hello,


The attachments are also now retained along with the reply draft. The drafts are stored on the tickets for 24 hours, post which, they would be destroyed.
