One of the functionality we're missing (from the system we were using before) is the ability to attach a screenshot to livechat. We have a lot of non-tech-savy visitors and sometimes it's just easier to send them a screenshot taken with the snipping tool to show them something.
It can work the same way than attachment in email, I mean the file stored on cdn (https://s3.amazonaws.com) and then livechat will present a link to click for the visitor to see it in a different tab.
Having to tell them, we sent you an email, go read it, open the attachment and then come back on livechat is not providing a good user experience.
