Auto-populate Google Calendar events

I love being able to quickly add an event to Google Calendar while viewing a ticket.  What would be better is if clicking "add event" would auto-populate with some information, such as the title, customer name and location.  Custom fields would also be great, so we could make them correspond with our custom ticket fields.

(BTW, are there any Outlook/Office365 calendar integrations coming our way?)

Auto-populating the where (location) field from the requestor's or company's (if attached to a company) field would be very beneficial. As Aaron stated, being able to set custom variables in the title, such as [COMPANY]:[REQUESTOR]:[TICKET#]:[SUMMARY].

As an absolute minimum, the location field from the requestors' compnay and the title from the tickets' subject should be there.

It really takes long time to fill in these values everytime you make an event.

Please fix this;)

Agreed. It would be helpful to have ANY information pre-populate, but to be able to customize it would be optimal.

Hello all,

I'm happy to announce that we've fixed the Google calendar integration in the new Mint interface with these requests - i.e. Auto populate the Ticket subject as the title of the event and making the Location field is not mandatory.

Here's a quick overview of the integration -
