Where can I submit a feature request? Here? Okay, please allow auto-saving for notes in freshdesk. I can’t tell you how many times I’m writing notes and it automatically swaps to replying to a customer. Once that happens, that’s it for your notes. Goodbye notes that I’ve spent 20-30 minutes on!
Please add auto-saving to notes! or if I’m missing a setting somewhere, please tell me.
