auto suggest feature in new ticket form should use AJAX for results

As it stands now, the auto suggestions from the solutions do not show up until the customer has moved off of the subject field. I'd like the feature to work like this new topic form does, where suggestions appear as the customer is typing.

Yes, the solution database should be searched in real time and solutions updated dynamically as people type.
