Auto Template of a Solutions Article

When I create a Solutions KB article, it would be nice if I could either choose which template to use or have it default to a standard like this:


Symptoms:

 

 

Cause:

 

 

Resolution:


This is just a simplistic option, but I wanted to put in an example.



I would love to see something like this as well. 






Would like the option to save a template so all our FAQs look the same.




+1 to this also. Jira does a really good job of this when you have multiple authors and want to keep your articles looking the same, this is imperative to have.
