I would like to be able to create a service request where users can select an asset, and it automatically fills in the relevant fields in the rest of the form, like serial number, asset tag, vendor etc.
I would also like to be able to make it possible for HR that when they put in a request to change the function title of an user, they select a requester and it automattically fills in some requester information, like department, job title etc
