Automated backups of helpdesk data

Also would really like to see this feature also.

Would it be possible for an automatic email to be generated each day, with a link to the backup?

Also, it might be more useful if an automatic backup could be created and then automatically uploaded to dropbox, google drive, etc

I would like an automated backup also.  In addition it would be good to have the option to export as json in addition to XML.

I think this would be really nice if it was implemented in the admin panel, where the admin could possibly control the frequency of the backups, typoe (JSON, XML, etc.) and also for which data (all, requesters, companies, ticket data, etc.)
