On our company we have a policy that requires for each new incoming contact, the first interaction is to ask them to sign our GDPR related opt-in so we can continue contacting them.
I'm sure this is quite to setuo on freshdesk if the customer contacts trough the form option (adding the GDPR test and an mandatory clickable selection button), but I dont see how to easy (and hopefully automatic) wahy when they contact freshdesk system trough email.
Does freshdesk has a solution for this? like an automatic reponse where the customer has to accept GDPR before when communication continues
