Currently there is a no way to setup Freshdesk so that it doesn’t automatically log me out within an hour or so of inactivity. My colleagues and I use Freshdesk to chime in when a developer’s help is needed on a support ticket so there’s no need for us to have freshdesk open at all times.
It would be great to make it so that this works similarly to other web apps, where you can click something like "remember me" and your login session is valid for the next 14 days ... or at least 24 hours.
