Add a feature to set how often to automatically refresh the ticket page.

Really needing auto live ajax updates of the ticket page. Not the list view of tickets, but the actual ticket conversation itself. Having to refresh the page to see if someone else already replied to the ticket or added a note is causing problems for our team

Three different features have been built around the ticket page in order to prevent duplicate replies :
- Agent collision detection - Agents get to see who else is viewing or replying to a ticket when they are
- Auto-refresh - Non-invasive live updates on the ticket
- Traffic cop - A feature that stops replies from being sent before the agent has seen the recent developments in the ticket

Thirteen years later and this still hasn’t been implemented. What is the delay? Most other helpdesk systems do this!
