The "assign to group" feature under email settings is great.



Would it be possible to add something similar to incoming Facebook and Twitter posts?

I'd definitely like to see this added. I was surprised when I could not find the option in the admin panel when I went to do this today.

Hello,


It is now possible to automatically convert posts into tickets and assign them to a specific group. You'd find this option in the twitter/facebook page setup.
