The Agent Group Manager should have ability to build preventative maintenance tickets/tasks (Scheduler-Automation-Productivity).
These tasks should have flexibility to be weekly, biweekly, monthly, semiannually, and annually.
These tasks should be able to be assigned to specific Agent Group members in that group.
