Automation webhook and App installations use agent API key

Currently to add a webhook to an automation or install an app on freshdesk it requires an agent API key to be added. This is a poor implementation as if that agent ever leaves the company then this API key becomes unavailable and things can stop working and probably won’t be obvious straight away as to the issue.

There should be an account level API key that can be used instead.

To prevent this exact issue, we have had to purchase an agent license dedicated strictly to the use of the API key for application installations and workflows. We have been told that this model is currently not changing any time soon. 😔  So hopefully we can raise some serious awareness of this issue and get this policy changed.

Same issue here, only way was with a dedicated license. Hope this policy changes in the future.

This needs to change! The nickel and dime approach is going to lose a lot more customers!
