We use FreshDesk to provide support to our customers and allow customers to submit tickets via email, so we have our Customers URLs linked to their customer record, naturally we also get emails from people who aren’t customers.
What I’d like the system to do, is to allow me to build automation that detects if the incoming URL is not whitelisted anywhere in the system.
The system nearly does this, but I have to specify every single customer URL
The Idea is that Fresh build something here to check if the domain is not whitlisted, not just the ability to specify individual URLs.
