I lost a lot of work while creating a solution article because I accidentally pressed “F5”.
My suggestion is that Freshservice should have an autosave function so that minor operating errors like this don't result in the loss of several minutes' work.
I'm familiar with this feature from other online editors.
To reiterate my request:
Please add an autosave function so that pressing “Back” or “F5” does not clear the entire editor without prompting.
