A feature to autosave a draft of a new article created for the Knowledge Base would be great. (Recently lost an article that hadn’t properly saved prior to Google Chrome updating.)

This feature would work similarly to Google Docs or Microsoft Word’s autosave feature to prevent the lost of content when writing. This doesn’t have to be as fully featured as those 2 examples but just a backup to prevent total loss of content for those extreme situations.

Please add autosave to Solutions. The feature was already added to ticket replies and notes, so curious why it is not also added to Solutions?

I am trying to convince our agent teams to use Solutions instead of Atlassian -- the lack of autosave is a major issue.

Sometimes we cannot control what happens (like lost of internet, etc), and agents have lost whole articles when drafting them in Solutions. With autosave, some of the article would have been saved.

There are multiple threads asking for this basic function. Bumping this to raise awareness on the need for autosave in the knowledgebse (solutions).

I love the way it works in the tickets - why can’t it be added to solutions?
