Curious if there is anything on the roadmap to implement AzureAD automated user provisioning for freshservice. For customers that are cloud only implementations of Office 365 requester creation is either manual import or waiting for users to sign in for accounts to be created. Automated user provisioning would eliminate this gap.

Actually, personally me would be happy even with g-suite user-provisioning feature, Freshdesk able to do this, why Freshservice did not?(
Hi Everybody, the Azure SCIM app is in review by Microsoft. It will be very similar to our Okta SCIM app. The latest update we got from Microsoft is that the review will be starting sometime by mid June. I will keep the thread posted of any updates we receive.
I was wondering if there any updates yet on the review of Azure SCIM. The most recent post mentioned an update by mid-June and we are now in July.
