Hello friends!

 

Can I backup my freshdesk tickets database in the cloud?

Hello Horace,


It is possible to backup the data but unfortunately,we don't have an option to directly send the backup to the cloud. You can export the account data by navigating to Admin -> Account -> Export now option which would generate a .xml file .

Yes, the account export has the knowledgebase, forum and ticket data as individual .xml files .
