Thanks for the feedback.

The requests to block the contact is feature under request, unfortunately we do not have an ETA yet. However, when we do, I will update this thread.

    Writing on behalf of our customers, there are many feature requests to be able to block WhatsApp number in Freshchat as listed in Ticket IDs below:

    Yes please, also for Messenger and chat from our site.

    Have to possibility to ban an user if it goes wrong, directly in the chat.
    It is actually too difficult for an agent to copy-paste the IP address to block them in the parameters.
