Hello all,
An idea that has just come to mind which I think would be incredibly useful is being able to make the section in Automations where it says how many impacted tickets an automation has affected in the last 7 days a hyperlink and have it display the tickets the automation has applied to.
This would allow me to quickly find the tickets an automation has been set up for and ensure the automation is working as expected.
