I know this may overload your servers, but it TAKES FOREVER to load heavy images or media when we try to open them. Right now I'm with an optic fiber connect and still Gmail attachments load much faster than on Freshdesk.
Would you please check what can be done to handle this better? Like compressing media before opening or speeding up the process somehow.
