I’d like to propose an update to how fields can be positioned for logging an incident to include the option for horizontal placement. This could help reduce the length of the form by almost half, meaning less scrolling and putting more information on one screen.

It looks like the forms aren’t dynamic and just have a static size! In this day and age not the most difficult thing to do since we are accustomed to designing things on several devices of varying size and resolutions. +1 from me.
