Hello everybody,

I suggest to make "Billable" in timer not checked by default, do you support this to make it as change in all freshdesk account.

Hi,


We've developed a custom app to make this option default in the helpdesk. You can access the app from Admin -> Apps ->  [Get more Apps] > [Non-Bilable by default]. 


You can also install it from here.
