Has anyone had success integrating Black Pearl email signatures (blackpearlmail.com) into Freshdesk agent signatures?
The premise of Black Pearl is the ability to make all team member signatures consistent, while also giving the ability to market to customers via a banner in the signature. It works great when emails are sent via Gmail; however, for emails being sent from Freshdesk - the signatures don't show up.
