Hello, it would be very valuable if the blue plus sign in freshservice would also allow us to add Requesters and Departments. Keeping the ability to create all record types in one location.

I’d like to add that it would be great if you could generally customize the blue plus sign in Freshservice to add other items from the Admin site (e.g. Contacts).
