Hello,

 

Is it possible to integrate a Bomgar API into Freshdesk ?
Also if i purchased freshdesk, do i get the source so i can edit the logo ..

You don't need the source code to change the logo, there's a configuration screen for to change the logo, colours, favicon, description etc.

And what about the Bomgar Remote Support API  , this is one of the most important parts.

Also i want this hosted on myown network so i can make this part of the intranet, is this possible ?

Hmm, too bad u dont have bomgar API, it means very much for me.

but i have another quastion

 

1) how do i change language ?
2) how do i add/edit/remove tabs ?

1) how do i change language ?


  • Click on your name seen in the top right corner.
  • Choose Profile Settings from the drop down box
  • In the Profile Settings page, you can find an option to choose the language of your choice. Currently we provide Freshdesk in 16 different languages.

Different agents can configure different languages in their profile. The language the Admin sets in his profile will be the default language across the portal. 

2) how do i add/edit/remove tabs ?

I am sorry that you can't do this right now. But, we are coming up with full CSS customization very soon and once it is out, you can revamp the portal in any which way you like!
