Hello,

Security has been on the everyone’s mouths for a long time and I think even more with talks about AI.

I think a good way to save guard your data would be with “Bring your own encryption”

Bring your own encryption - Wikipedia

Nothing that Freshworks offer today but if we like this they have to put it on the table.

What do you guy’s think of this ?

Sounds great but may be challenging if offering multi customer tenants.
It’s not only about AI, its also about HR data which we are currently migrating to FreshService.
We currently need to trust FreshWorks that their implementation is secure enough

Yes, HR data is a good point as well.

Could be a addon

@Daniel Söderlund This is brilliant and would be a nice add-on. As long as the organization can maintain the needed infrastructure for the encryption software, it would be nice to own that process. I think we currently find confidence in the legislation behind Freshworks managing our data. It would be very costly for them to fail at that, but that doesn’t mean data gets mishandled.

Great thought! +1 vote from me :)
