If you have a dropdown in a Service Request and the end user hits Enter at any point in the Service Request, it will ‘Clear’ the top option.
For example, if you have a Lookup Dropdown in your Service Request, it will add a Clear option to the right once selected. If you hit Enter at any point, it will Clear that field.
I’d rather have Enter do nothing in these forms (so a user doesn’t accidentally submit or clear), or best-case Enter should act like a Tab and move to the next form.
