I’ve created a number of dashboards for various elements and teams, but EVERY time i need to do a new one i have to build a ticket filter first save that then build the dashboard around it, test it, then change the scope of the dashboard and the filter for all the relevant agents/teams to see.
Would it not make sense to have the ability to create a dashboard with a set of filters IN THAT VIEW that doesn’t need to create a set of conditions to be able to use first?
